  • Dr. Kalam Award for Scientific Innovations

    BBrains Development Society commonly known as BiharBrains announced “Kalam Award for Scientific Innovation” during first press conference of announcement of 8th Bihar Science Conference 2019 at Patna University aimed at helping young entrepreneur whose innovative idea can make a different in the society and can have ability to become “Product of the masses”.

    This award can also be given to those who have already developed prototypes which require to be scaled up. This award may boost confidence in the entrepreneur to move forward and enhance their competitiveness for the domestic as well as global markets. Society may also help entrepreneur in providing technical assistance and play advisory role in scaling up the project though its worldwide network

    Eligibility criteria

    1. He/she should submit a Complete Innovation idea detail / prototype PPT online
    2. Project should be marketable and should have the ability to affect scientific society and the common mass.
    3. He/she should be any Indian having a minimum Graduation degree in science & technology.
    4. Idea should be from any streams of science & technology
    5. Any Startup companies are also eligible for this Award.

  • BBrains Young Scientist Award
    Awardee List

    The main objectives

    The BBrains Young Scientist Award (YSA) is a prestigious award given annually by the B.Brains Development Society commonly known as BiharBrains to recognize outstanding contributions of young scientists in various scientific disciplines.
    It includes a cash prize, research fellowship, and a citation. The award is presented during Bihar Science Conference

    Eligibility and Criteria:

    • Age: Scientists must be under 35 years old as of the B.Brains Development Society (October 4, 2006) of the preceding year.

    • Research: The award recognizes outstanding research conducted independently in any laboratories or institutes of India.

    • Fields: Awards are given in Biological Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Earth-Atmosphere-Ocean-Planetary Sciences, Engineering Sciences, and Physical Sciences.

    • Selection: A selection committee evaluates candidates based on the quality and originality of their research, as well as the impact of their work.

    Any Indian National can apply for this award online on website; Global Scientific council of B.Brains Development Society shall be involved in the selection of the young scientist awardee.

    • Cash Prize: Rs. 50,000/-.

    • Research Fellowship: Rs. 25000/- Per month over a three-year period under Centre for Advance Technology & Research of B.Brains Development Society..

  • Prof. Yashpal Award for Science Popularisation

    This award is given to a person/organisation who worked and are working for Popularising and reaching Science to the grassroots of the society in the different states of India.

    The award is given to any Indian National.

    The awardee will get Rs.50000/- cash amount along with Shawl, Certificate and Memento

  • Life Time Achievement Award

    The main objectives

    This award is given to a person whose life time achievement for the cause of Science & Technology, Education and Research have brought positive changes in the scientific community, institutes, organisation, company as well as and the society as a whole.

    The preference will be given to life time member of the Society who involved with us since long and contribute for the cause of promotion of science in Bihar and created Research and academic environment in their own field.

    The Award Committee of the society will be responsible for the selection of this award.

    The Life Time Achievement awardee will get Shawl, Certificate and Memento.

  • Best Presenter Awards
    Awardee List

    The main objectives

    The registered participants of the conference whose Abstract is selected for Oral and Posters Presentation and his/her presentation have been selected the best among all presenters on the basis of the marks obtained during corresponding year conference.

    He/she must have submitted Full papers for the Manthan Journal Proceedings and Reviewer’s report is positive.

    Best Oral Presenter will be given Rs. 10000/- cash prize along with Certificate and memento.
